Returning Purchased Items

We can only accept returns of defective products within 7 days of receipt. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. Please contact us before returning any package. We will guide you on how to check the product thoroughly and make sure it is not damaged due to user inexperience handling. Returning any product that are not manufacturing defective, you may be imposed with additional charges. Read more on how to return the package in delivery information.

Payment

At this moment, we only accept payment by bank transfer payable to Micro Tesseract Enterprise in our CIMB account. To make payment with Maybank2u Pay, click on the Maybank2u Pay logo at our Store Front. Make sure you are redirected to maybank2u.com.my webpage and our store name is correct in payment detail before making any payment. We will not be held responsible for any wrong transactions occurred. We will only ship your order after we have verified your payment. For payment by cheque, you will need to contact us first for our account details. For school, university, organizations or businesses requiring a Purchase order - please contact us.

Ordering with Purchase Order

As of right now, we only accept purchase order from public universities or schools in Malaysia. But we will still accept purchase order from others at our own discretion. An official quotation will be given with 30 days validity (unless otherwise mentioned), upon agreeing with our quotation and terms, you are required to sign and put a company stamp in the provided area and forward back the quotation to us together with the purchase order. Upon receiving the purchase order, a pro forma invoice will be given if you are from private institutions or businesses, and then we will begin to process your order. For public institutions, two copies of invoices and delivery order will attached when we shipped your order. One copy is for your procuring/purchasing/accounting department and the other one needs to be forward back to us after you have signed both papers. For payment by cheque, you will need to contact us first for our account details.

Typographical Errors

In the event that our product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Micro Tesseract Enterprise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Micro Tesseract Enterprise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Safety

Your safety is your own responsibility, including proper use of equipment and safety gear. These products are not intended for use by children. Use any item at your own risk. Micro Tesseract Enterprise disclaims all responsibility for any resulting damage, injury or expense.

Termination

You or we may suspend or terminate your account or your use of this site at any time, for any reason or for no reason. You are personally liable for any orders placed or charges incurred through your account prior to termination. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of this site at any time without notice.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days after we confirm your payment. Orders placed by 11am during weekdays usually ship the same day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. Out-of-Stock or Pre-Order items usually ship in 3-4 weeks (provided there is stock from our suppliers). We will inform you of any delay that may arise. If the product still unavailable after the 4th weeks, we will give you options, whether for you to wait for some more or refund back your money. Privacy

We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our store, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to newsletter etc. We store your name, phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing address in your user account. User information is only used to contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. You may receive some advertisements or newsletters if you subscribed to it. We do not sell or give any of your information to any third-party without your consent.

INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS MICRO TESSERACT ENTERPRISE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY THE “SERVICE PROVIDERS”) FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL CONDUCT) BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE SITE USING YOUR INTERNET ACCOUNT.
